Responsibilities:
Europe Market Data Interfacing and Analysis:
- Interface with subsidiaries across European countries to collect, organize, and consolidate relevant market data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, market trends, policy changes, and competitor information within the European automotive market, providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.
- Prepare regular analysis reports covering sales data, market performance, and key metrics to reflect market trends and competitive landscape.
Data Management, Database Maintenance, and Process Optimization:
- Manage and maintain the sales data for European markets, ensuring regular updates and accurate data within the company's database.
- Optimize data management processes to enhance the efficiency of data analysis and ensure seamless data flow across departments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to support data-driven strategic decision-making.
Sales Plan Tracking and Analysis:
- Assist in formulating and tracking European market sales plans, monitoring progress toward sales targets, analyzing discrepancies, and providing recommendations for adjustments.
- Provide real-time data support and forecasting based on changes in sales plans and market dynamics to ensure timely optimization and adjustment of sales strategies.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field in data analysis.
- Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence (BI) tools, or Python is highly desirable.
Work Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Experience with European market analysis or within the automotive sector would be considered a plus.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with teams across various European markets.
Soft Skills:
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to consistently deliver reliable results.
